You'll need to boot off the FC disc into rescue mode.  Have it mount the
target installation it finds.  Then:

chroot /mnt/sysimage
grub-install '(hd0)'
exit

It may mount it somewhere other than /mnt/sysimage.  The rescue startup will
tell you.

Reboot and you should be all set.
