[TriLUG] LAMP-based recipe software ?

Hey,

I know this is kind of a crazy question, but my mother wants some software
to manage and share her recipes on our family web site, which I maintain
on a Fedora box.  (That's recipes for food, not procmail!)  Has anyone
installed and used any software like this?  Any recommendations?  It needs
to be pretty easy to use; for comparison we have Gallery which she likes.

I may just go with a wiki but I thought there might be some cool software 
available too.
