It should probably be noted that a CACert assurance is different than a PGP
Keysigning.  CACert's processes are much more formal and hierarchical and
directed at doing SSL certs, whereas PGP requires a simple ID validation
check and is intended for end to end crypto.  That said, CACert people seem
likely to also be PGP people, but that is IMHO.
