The one that works for me is

http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/grub.html#Installing-GRUB-using-grub_002dinstall

# grub-install /dev/hda

You can walk your way through the process from the grub 
prompt, but it's not as easy. Make sure you update menu.lst 
in /boot/grub or you'll have to boot off the floppy again.
