[TriLUG] Take advantage of cheap pills

Well, how many legitimate emails do we get to the Trilug list from that
segment in Poland -vs- how many spams we get?

I'm a bit harsh about closing the doors on spam from places like Poland,
Czechoslovakia, Russia, China, Korea.... Alas, I don't get even one
peace of legitimate mail from *any* of those areas of the planet.
