Oh another question to ask...

...where is the budgeting for the power & HVAC requirements for this box?
You can't just plug something like this in the wall and turn it on.  The
room has to be wired for it.  I'm assuming they have a raised floor
datacenter.  Cooling a beast like that is almost certainly going to require
a bump in HVAC capacity, unless they overspec'd the last one the way they
are probably overspec'ing this server.
