Doug,

Your postfix/squirrelmail setup is good, but it isn't the complete
equation.  What are you using for an IMAP server?  Postfix is
only an MTA (Mail Transfer Agent).  It only handles getting mail
to a users mailbox (and actually delegates the last part to whatever
you're using).  To get the e-mail to the user through squirrelmail
you need an IMAP server.
