If you got their key IDs from a key-signing party, that would imply 
consent to sign. Also, he got the key from a keyserver to begin with so 
there's no need to worry about privacy because the only addition is your 
signature. Plus I think you can remove keys with the web interface - 
feel free to correct me on this.
