[TriLUG] simple irssi question

How do I get irssi to automatically log me in to #trilug?

I'm looking for either:
 - command-line options
 - a config file or 'autorun' script
 - something I /set and then /save so it runs again

I'd like to be able to /quit and then re-run irssi and be
re-joined to #trilug with my normal nickname intact.

It seems simple, but I can't seem to find it.
