[TriLUG] E-Mailing IPTables Log Daily

I'd like to know how to disable most or all of the dropped packets
logged in /var/log/messages (or whichever logfile syslog sends them
to...).

I have two machines that fill up their logfiles like mad. The dropped
packets don't seem to cause me to lose functionality, but I'm annoyed
by all of the output. I wonder if all the logging could hurt
performance -- probably only by a tiny amount ...

Peace.
Andrew
