OO design experience is a big plus
Leadership and mentoring experience is a big plus

Linux sysadmin skills are a bonus but not required
Experience with virtualization (Xen, VMWare) is a bonus but not required
Experience with Drupal, Moodle, PHP-Nuke or similar is a bonus but not
required

Experience with any C++, Java, Perl, .Net, SQLServer, Flash, Action
Script, similar, is a benefit, but the meat of the job will be Linux,
Apache, MySQL and PHP
