how about excel... its how i handle my bills and rent... though, i mainly do
it to make sure i was paid, and am not under/over paid

i think php/mysql would be a nice way of doing it, but overkill.

a simple spreadsheet can handle what your talking about... and probably be
broadened to even do more if you wanted
