Leaving out the magazines I write for...

Personally, I find Sys Admin to be absolutely terribly written and
rarely relevant.  Frankly, it's boring.  ;login reads like a research
manual, which really it is, but it's well written.

If you really want a paper magazine, I would recommend Linux Journal.
If you're just looking to spend subscription dollars, I'd look into an
O'Reilly Safari subscription.
