I have never used one of the clone cards, but I have another  
suggestion. You can get very cheap pay as you go VOIP service. I  
setup a test system on my MacBook Pro using
	http://www.vitelity.com/index.php?p=retailserv

I got a 800 number (0.50 cents/month and 1.9 cents/min) to allow some  
remote clients test without running up long distance fees. They also  
offer some unlimited inbound plans for under $10.
