[TriLUG] Linux Boot Camp

I have a friend who's interested in attending a Linux Boot Camp of some sort (and, what the hey, I wouldn't mind attending one myself!).  He's particularly interested in Linux+ certification but can't seem to find any such programs in eastern NC (we're in Murfreesboro, actually).  Do any TriLUG members have recommendations or knows of an upcoming bootcamp by any chance?
