I own property near Roxboro but a combination of unfavorable deed 
restrictions and "peak oil" and the resulting effect on gas prices had 
me looking for a shorter commute.

I ended up in north Raleigh.  20 minute commute.  Commuting to the same 
job from my place in Timberlake would have taken me 45 minutes with a 
good tailwind and no speed traps.
