[TriLUG] bandwidth usage for OpenBSD

Is there any built in kernel utility in OpenBSD that can monitor realtime
bandwidth usage on an interface.  I supposed to have a 5mb fiber trunk to
the Internet and my telco (Embarq) can not provide me with usage reports.
