[TriLUG] Hosting for neighborhood website

I'm hoping someone can provide recommendations for neighborhood 
website hosting.  We recently canceled our account with iPowerWeb and 
are looking for the same basic package, preferably with a local 
company.  I assume the package we're used to is pretty standard:

website with xxx storage and with password-protectable areas
domain registration (will have to transfer this somehow)
unlimited (???) domain email addresses
email redirectors/reflectors
mailing lists
...
