In a past life, I worked at Radio Shack. (BI -- Before Internet & -- 
Before computer registers at RS ). We were instructed to get:
Name
Address
Telephone number

It was amazing how many government building addresses were stored in our 
brains, plus the telephone number
123-456-7890!!!!

What is even more amazing is that we were never called on the carpet for 
such company infractions.
