I slightly disagree.  Back in '03 when I was living in Raleigh and looking 
high and low for work I could do (due to unemployment), I ended up having 
to move to Alabama for work.  This despite interviewing at a company where 
one of the employees privately told me, "If you don't need to have this 
job, run!"

At one time, I discussed working for Blackboard in DC with Jeremy Portzer.  
It looked like a good opportunity, although nothing came of it.

I'm presently living/working in NoVa.  Maybe I want to move back to NC, 
maybe I would like at some point to post a job here to a pool of technical 
talent that I trust.  I'd like to keep my options open.
