[TriLUG] LCD Display Problem

There seems to be a common problem with the HP-F1503.   Many people  
on the Internet are posting their problems about this particular  
model.   There seems to be a common problem with both the F1703 and  
the F1503, which requires you to resolder two to three solder points,  
and that usually get the monitor back into bight and crisp display.
