PGP fone requires (at least, it did when I downloaded) providing your
e-mail address to the feds as an assertion that you're not going to
export the code.  Has to be valid, because they send the download link
to the address you enter.  Dunno if that sits well with you; it bothered
me (but I still did it..  Now I'm probably considered a terrorist since
I downloaded encrypted communication software...)
