It's all Asterisk's (version 1.2 on up). I'm pretty sure I published the
setup in an email to trilug... or maybe it was the VoIP wiki... If you
can't find it, let me know and I'll post it on my website.
Asterisk has some very nice features built-right-inside. And it easily
links with home made apps/scripts ect.
