Force logins to your message boards - or setup moderating, so that all
posts must be moderated first. Setting up Deny is NOT going to help. A
lot of folk have been dealing with this issue.
You can setup ALLOW instead, and let people patition for their IP to be
added - but not all folks have static IP's.
