[TriLUG] Linux-based surveillance system suggestions

Steve:

Hey, first and foremost.  Second, do the cameras you are playing with
automatically switch to IR mode when ambient light dips too low?  I have to
manually switch the Axis 212 cut filter on and off and I'd like it to change
automatically.
