I just want to remind folks that the video is licensed under a CC
BY-ND license, meaning no derivative works as licensed. While I don't
think adding subtitles violates the spirit of the license, IANAL.
Fortunately, the speaker _is_ a lawyer, so it might be good to contact
her about adding subtitle, at least if you plan to distribute them.
