I am told by a couple of BS folks I know that AT&T WILL be building out
their UVerse network However,
BS must upgrade the inside physical plant first. This is going to delay
roll out for at least another year.

Now you know that AT&T is not going to implement UVerse through out
their network. They waited until
the could lobby/wrangle the FCC into letting them build it out into the
higher dollar neighbor hoods first and
they can skip the lower income areas. Before they had to build out
network wide.
