Subject: [UCLUG] Small consulting opportunity for someone familiar with Cisco PIX & VPNs

Maybe someone on list is interest in side project or knows someone who
is...

If anyone in the group is skilled with configuring VPN setups,
specificly using Cisco PIX hardware - I need to get some issues
ironed out with our setup and am willing to pay (reasonable)
consulting rates.

Also, current set-up has some other limitations not related to current
problems - where we would not be against a new implemention if it
does not require spending an arm and a leg.

This is business-critical, and can't be a 'learning event'. (Why I
can't / not willing to just 'play' with it). i.e. - If you don't
know your stuff, pls don't offer.

Brief details: Remote office in Raleigh uses Cisco PIX 501 to connect
with home office Greenville (PIX 506E). VPN set up years ago, and
is 'working' today. Problem is, we have lost some functionality over
it. I can not ping or telnet into devices I know are in Raleigh that
I used to get into OK. Raleigh can ping / telnet GVL devices.

If interested, please contact me off-list.

Oh, it may be a possibly corrupted 501 in Raleigh, 'cause password no
longer works. Just makes it that much more challenging, huh?
