[TriLUG] Code of Conduct

Point of order. Only the steering committee has the authority to vote.
Not being a snob or whatever just pointing out what this says:
http://trilug.org/articlesofincorporation

Unless this is proposed as an amendment to the charter or he charter is
amended to allow direct voting.

On the record: I'm not for formal adoption (but will probably abstain)
and favor continued informal handling of anything "out there" and if the
membership feels we ever do a bad enough job at that the charter gives
them a way to deal with that as well.

I just generally think we're all grown ups here (and the young Master
Frye is capable of acting like one from what I've seen) and so I don't
think we need to develop a body of constitutional law to replace good
judgment and an informal system of reminders. Just more aggressive
action when things get out of hand.
