I created trilug-policy@ not to remove the discussion from the public
forum, but raise the SNR on trilug at .  Anyone who is interested in
pursuing or defeating the CoC or any policy matter is free to join
trilug-policy@, but not everyone on trilug@ wants policy threads in
their Inbox.

The feedback I'm getting about the new list is that it's a positive
move.  I don't consider the new list ad hoc or random, and I'm
certainly not trying to dissipate the discussion.  I'm actually trying
to focus it.
