So there will be no vote until further notice.  The idea of a document
stating our guiding principles needs more study, at the very least.  I
leave this as an exercise for the group on trilug-policy.  Again, this
group is open to anyone with an interest.

The other issue, as some pointed out, is that not all members can make
a meeting.  Despite ample notice and notification of a vote, some
activities simply conflict with TriLUG.  That's life.  Until we can
work out a secure, honest method of proxy/remote voting, we risk
missing the votes of many members, or we risk the integrity of the
vote itself.
