I would certainly hope so, otherwise the SNR on trilug@ goes back up.  
Either something is appropriate content for a list or it is not.  Of 
course the ability to determine appropriate content is left to the 
poster and is interpreted differently by each person.  Which obviously 
is a major contributing factor to our current position :)
