Did you try the Tiger Direct store in Durham? (Yes, for those who didn't
know -- there are 2 locations now)!

If you're willing to wait, order it from NewEgg, ZipZoomFly ...or one of
the likes. Otherwise you're stuck like chuck with something like
BestBuy, Circuit City ...etc....

I live near Raleigh and need to purchase come compactflash cards ( not
sticks ). I visited my favorite place, Intrex store, but was informed
that they only carry memory sticks and some sd cards -- no compactflash
cards.

Even though Tiger Direct shows a complete line of compactflash cards in
their flyer, all the local store had was 8.0 gb cf's. I was looking for
4.0gb!! (about half the cost of 8's )

Question! Is there any other store in Raleigh that might carry such an
item?

It appears that Newegg is my only practical hope ( on line ) -- I have
had too many bad experiences with tigerdirect.com :-(
