[TriLUG] OpenSource equivalents matrix

I'm pretty happy with Joomla using PHP to generate the HTML on the fly as a
front end to MySQL.  Me thinks it blows away Access and doesn't puke hard
when multiple people try to use it at the same time.

I like it a lot better than dBase IV for DOS 3.3 as well.
