*PC Technician*

We are currently searching for a full-time PC Technician to join our growing
business providing business and residential computer solutions for
Windows-based PCs. The ideal candidate will have extensive hardware/software
troubleshooting and repair experience along with excellent interpersonal
skills. The ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and deliver
outstanding customer service is a must.




Duties include but are not limited to troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair
of all manner of Windows-based hardware, software, and network (wired and
wireless) issues; system installations and upgrades; software installations
and upgrades; and network installations and upgrades.



Job Requirements

   - A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred. However, applicants with
   very strong hands-on experience will also be   considered

   - Field service experience will be a major plus, although strong
   similar in-house experience will be considered

   - Strong hardware repair skills, including troubleshooting all
   internal PC components

   - Strong software troubleshooting skills, including troubleshooting
   all Windows operating systems, Internet Explorer, Outlook and Outlook
   Express, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

   - Strong Windows-based network connectivity troubleshooting skills
   (wired and wireless)

   - Working knowledge of Microsoft Server and/or Microsoft Small
   Business Server will be a major plus

   - Strong analysis and organizational skills are imperative with
   demonstrated capability for problem determination and resolution

   - Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
   and properly prioritize client issues and needs

   - Must be able to work independently and complete work within
   specified deadlines

   - Professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, punctuality and a
   positive, customer-focused attitude are imperative

   - Must be able to communicate professionally to clients and management
   both verbally and in writing

   - Excellent customer relations skills with ability to communicate
   technical issues in "plain English" and willingness to market and promote
   services as appropriate

   - Local travel is required. Must have a dependable vehicle.

   - Must be willing to occasionally work after hours, weekends and
   holidays.
