I have a intel mobo and P4 3.2 (not the 775 chipset, but I think the
chipset you mentioned) w/ 2GB ram, AGP slot (ATI 128mb TVout card too)
that is about to be available. I've got a brand new cpu fan to
install on it too. Make me an offer? :)
