[TriLUG] Windows DHCP to ISC DHCP migration

Are you using reservations or just have a big pool?  I would shorten the
lease to say an hour.  The protocol will try to renew in 30 minutes.  So
after all devices get the 60 minute lease, I would stop the windows dhcp
service and then start dhcpd.
