OT I guess but has anyone mastered LuLu sales? My eval is LuLu created a new
market of <500 book sales and niche books. E.g. a co-worker wrote a book on
IBM mainframe years ago which may be of interest to <500 people. But LuLu ->
massive sales through Amazon.com seems elusive at best. Anyone else have
experience?
