that's a pretty slick device

didn't realize home/soho devices had dropped <$3k for that size

though a dedicated workstation with 6 sata 1T drives (eg
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148274) would run
you ~1650 for the drives plus a workstation, which'd be under the cost of
the dedicated device, and potentially more flexible.
