All of the other issues aside, I wouldn't hire them based on the fact
that if you go to their web site (http://pangenbiosystems.com), it
redirects to a hard coded IP address.  That IP address, at this moment,
is down.  It's assigned to a Time-Warner cable modem.

If they can't be bothered to run their own infrastructure competently,
why would I trust them with mine?
