[TriLUG] convert 3g2 to mpeg2

All:

I have a .3g2 format movie that I took on my Palm Treo.  I'd like to 
convert it to a .mpeg2 movie, but so far my google-fu fails me on a 
solution (the general message I seem to get is "shut up kid, and play this 
on your phone.").  Can anyone suggest a way to do this?  I'd prefer a 
Linux method, but if you have a (pre-Vista) Windows method, I'm open to 
that as well.
