I have a leftover motherboard+Athlon 1Ghz with CPU Fan , No Memory!;
due on upgraded to Intel Celeron Based;..
I am going to give to whom needed.

the Motherboard Accepts DDR ( not DDR II), and AGP 4X Video Card.
