[TriLUG] convert 3g2 to mpeg2

I don't know if it will work, but you could try ffmpeg. For example, my
system claims to support encoding and decoding:

$ ffmpeg -formats 2>/dev/null | grep 3g2
  E 3g2             3gp2 format
   D  mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 QuickTime/MPEG4/Motion JPEG 2000 format
