[TriLUG] Missing applications on my server running fedora 7

Earlier I wrote about my boot partition missing most of it's files and I
was able to redo that with the aid of the original install dvd.

Now I have discovered that certain main applications are missing on this
server
1. httpd
2. mysqld
3. yum

I can find remnants of each of these but I can't find the executeable of
these.

Is there a way to extract these apps from the dvd and re-install them??
