[TriLUG] No Ubuntu Updates?

Okay, apparently my repositories were configured really strangely.  If I 
knew a good way to do it, I would reinstall Ubuntu from scratch 
probably, because a lot of things didn't seem to go right after a few 
upgrades (my first install of Ubuntu was 6.06).

Anyway, at least software updates are working again... just don't have a 
lot of the other stuff that I should.
