I can only speak to my experience. I've been with them for almost 3
years, and in that time I've had 0 problems, they've been very good
about reminding me to renew, prices haven't gone up, and they've
consistently improved their domain management interface. I haven't
needed to use customer service, so I have no opinion there. I also
like the fact that they are a US based company, have developed all of
their software in-house, have not off-shored any of that work, and
have been voted one of Phoenix's "Best Places To Work" for the past 4
years. I don't know what problems other have had, but I'm a satisfied
enough customer to take some time to tell you guys about it. So....
that's something. I'm sure any who hosts over 27 million domains will
have a few customers would would be less than pleased for some reason.
