[TriLUG] mod_userdir

All,

I'm experience a very peculiar problem. I have several servers
running Apache 2.0.52, all with a mostly identical /etc/httpd/conf*,
differences only where necessary. They were installed from rpm's from
a redhat repo. All of the servers have mod_userdir enabled, with
identical mod_userdir configs. I've ensured that no apache files have
been unnecessarily modified. selinux is disabled.

Now the problem. On one of the servers, whenever I access
http://server/~user, the browser just sits there with status "Waiting
on server..." No entry is made in the access or error logs. I can
request a bad URL, anything that doesn't begin with '~', and
everything works as normal. I've done a tcpdump of the packets. The
GET request is reaching the host, but apache does not send an OK, or
anything at all.

Any ideas before I break out ForensicLog and such?

Shawn
