Manage a Red Hat based Linux distro for telecom servers

REQUIREMENTS
lots of perl
basic networking know-how
good sysadmin knowledge (RHCE would be a plus)

NICE-TO-HAVE'S
high-availability systems
virtualization, vmware, xen, etc
networking magic (bonding, vlans)
experience with kernel and drivers
building RPM's (spec files, etc)
RAID, grub, samba, LVM... y'know, Linux stuff!
some clearcase would help
