Hi,

I've run a VPS on Slicehost (www.slicehost.com) for a couple of
services that I don't want to host inside our corporate network. For
$38 a month it's been pretty decent, currently have a 2 month uptime
(and the last reboot was me picking up a new kernel after the whole
vmslice exploit thing...).

I really like their control panel, and they have a decent selection of
base images (including Debian, Fedora, Centos, a couple of Ubuntus
and, of course, Gentoo). They will also do backups for an extra $10 a
month.

David.
