[TriLUG] PBA-Client CD

I have to rebuild my pba-client cd but updating the INSERT image that
it contains.   Does anyone what the bootable image is on that disk?  I
am using mkisofs to build the new ISO, but   I'm not sure what to put
in the -b path?  Has anyone done this?
